As an Associate Clinical Social Worker and United States Veteran (2006–2011), I bring extensive clinical training, crisis intervention experience, and a grounded, practical perspective to my work. I support adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration, academic or occupational challenges, and major life transitions. I have experience working with service members, veterans, and their families.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and a master’s degree from California Baptist University. My clinical background includes serving on mobile crisis response teams and within community-based mental health organizations, where I have helped individuals manage acute distress, emotional upheaval, and significant life adjustments.

I appreciate using tried-and-true approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—to help clients make sense of their experiences, process emotions, and build effective coping strategies. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, with a focus on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.

I think of therapy as a supportive space where I have the privilege to work with individuals to overcome obstacles, navigate relationships, and cultivate growth—guiding each client toward a healthier, more balanced life.

In a safe and supportive environment, I work alongside clients as they address challenges, strengthen relationships, and pursue meaningful change. My goal is to help each person move toward a more grounded, balanced, and fulfilling life.
