I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Veteran (2006–2011), bringing military experience, clinical training, and crisis intervention expertise to my practice. I understand the unique challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families, as well as the broader struggles of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

I earned my Associate's degree in Social Work from San Diego City College, my Bachelor’s from Point Loma Nazarene University, and my Master’s from California Baptist University. My clinical experience includes working with mobile crisis response teams and supporting military personnel, veterans, and their families through deployment, reintegration, and civilian life adjustments.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients process emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My style is compassionate, direct, and empowering, focused on helping clients build resilience and achieve their goals.

In a safe, supportive space, I work with individuals to overcome obstacles, navigate relationships, and cultivate growth—guiding each client toward a healthier, more balanced life.
